File Your PACT Act Claim Now
Are you eligible for PACT Act benefits?
While VA began to process these claims on Jan. 1, 2023, applicants
should apply now to maximize benefit payments. For any PACT Act claims
received by Aug. 10, 2023, VBA may issue benefit payments back to Aug.

New VA Life Insurance Program Now Available
The new Veterans Affairs Life Insurance (VALife) program provides guaranteed acceptance whole life coverage of up to
$40,000 to Veterans with service-connected disabilities. Under this
plan, the elected coverage takes effect two years after enrollment as
long as premiums are paid during the two-year period. All Veterans age
80 or under with a VA disability rating of 0 to 100% are eligible for the VALife program and have no time limit to apply.
