Be Aware of PACT Act Scams
Scammers
are taking advantage of new opportunities to commit fraud. There has
been an increase in PACT Act-related phishing emails and calls targeting
Veterans to access their PACT Act benefits or submit claims on their behalf. Find a VA accredited representative near you for help filing a claim for free.

VA Extends Suspension for Benefit Debts
VA
has extended its financial hardship suspension on benefit debts through
December 31. Benefit debts include debts related to disability
compensation, non-service-connected pension, and education benefits.
Letters are being mailed to affected Veterans advising them of extended
debt repayment plans, waivers, and compromises. Learn more about available VA debt relief options.

File a Supplemental Claim
If
VA denied your disability claim in the past, but now considers your
condition presumptive, you are encouraged to file a Supplemental Claim.
This will allow VA to re-adjudicate your claim when presented with new
